Destinations North America was founded in the early 2000’s. Initially, our focus was on ground handling operations in the St. Lawrence River region. Unprecedented growth and interest in cruises in North America made it possible for our team to play an active role in the overall development of the Cruise Canada New England itinerary.

We have built strong, authentic relationships with the cruise lines and have now journeyed from the Canadian Great Lakes to the USA East Coast all the way to Florida and, finally, all the way to the Canadian and the American West Coast in the last 5 years.

Since the company’s inception in 2013, we have been proud to represent our cruise line partners, operating in many ports: Vancouver, Canadian Great Lakes, the Saint-Lawrence, East and West USA coasts, as well as Florida.

We are proud to provide a great number of tours in the majority of ports visited by the cruise lines throughout North America, with customized shore excursions programs, and exclusively in Canada for turnaround services, port agency and so much more!

As our organization grew and our reach expanded, we made a strategic decision to structure our organization as two companies working together to better serve our global clients. Destinations North America serves our Canadian Ports while Destinations North America LLC serves our USA Ports. With each division led and staffed by experienced travel professionals, we work collaboratively to provide a fluid experience to our cruise line clients as their itineraries bring them to ports throughout North America

We maintain corporate offices in Quebec, Montreal, Vancouver and Miami so our leadership is always within easy reach, but it is our local staffing that is key to the highly personal service we are able to provide. Our structure includes local teams who oversee operations and work closely with the community.
